Erythritol + CPC 14 microns. Erythritol is a natural, non-caloric sweetener. It has a particle size of only 14 microns so is very low in abrasion. Erythritol is anticariogenic as it cannot be metabolised by cariogenic bacteria (eg Strep. mutans) and these bacteria do not survive well in its presence. The addition of Cetylpyridinium Chloride furthers erythritol’s inhibitory effects on biofilm due to its anti-adherence and antimicrobial properties. There is 120g per bottle.
