The Workflow

Scan
Scan your patient with the faster, more accurate intraoral scanner^ and the scan automatically exports to your design software.
STEP 2
Draw the margins
Your design software makes this process simple and intuitive and ensures you have complete control of your final outcome.
STEP 3
Customise restoration
Your design software will generate suitable design proposals from your intraoral scan while allowing you to customise tooth design and placement as much or as little as you would like. For example, you have the choice between copy and mirror.
STEP 4
Choose block and send to mill
Mchairside provides you the choice of the complete range of milling blocks.
STEP 5
Mill
Restoration is produced within 10-15 minutes with renowned German precision.
STEP 6
Bond
Bond your restoration by following the simple Shofu HC protocol. If you choose to use other materials such as Zirconia or Emax, simply follow the relevant protocol.
